What we believe

  What do we believe?
  1) The Bible to be God's Word to mankind and we fully accept its divine inspiration, authority and sufficiency.
  2) The unity of the Godhead, namely Father, Son and Holy Spirit, to whom equal honour is due.
  3) The virgin birth of Jesus Christ & that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
  4) The death of the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross was a sacrifice for our sin. He rose from the dead.
  5) He ascended into Heaven and will return to earth a second time.
  6) Mankind is sinful and is unable to effect his own salvation.
  7) Mankind must be born again, by accepting the value of Christ's death for sin, by which he is justified before God.
  8) Mankind will go to heaven after death, but only if he accepts God's salvation through Christ, but if he rejects this salvation, he will spend eternity in Hell with the lost.
  9) Born again Christians should be baptised, meet together to remember the Lord and seek to lead others to Christ in accordance with New Testament pattern.
